Two-Week Update

I think now is a good time to re-cap the last two weeks: We’ve made some significant progress, considering that we only started the Monday before last. We’ve managed to finish a large portion of the community aspect of the site, including some of the staples: Sign-Up, Profiles, Contacts, and Communities are all pretty much done (along with a lot of nitty-gritty aspects like tagging, avatars, templating, etc.) We’re currently hoping for a limited Beta release in about a week and wider release hopefully by mid-June. A lot of this depends on the amount of work that each of us can put in – I’ll be continuing to work full-time so I figure that all work will be done by the end of June at the latest. I’m going to have an update sometime tomorrow on some of the aspects of tagging that we’re hoping to integrate into the site.
