The News

Here’s the latest buzz – the schedule maker has become wildly popular this past month and I’m really excited. I just added a feature the other day (for Gracie’s Dinnertime Theatre) so that you can see how many people are at class at any given time of the day:

Give it a try and have some fun! I’ve also been working on breaking through the SIS secure layering so that I can have people log into the schedule maker and get cool features instantly. (What those are I have yet to determine)

I’ve also been doing a lot of work on the calendar program that I’m working on for SIHA – it’s going to take me a little while, but I’ll finish it eventually.

My work on the Mathtutor web site is coming along nicely – I’ve moved on the Java Applet development – I’m going to have to see how much longer this runs, but at this point, it doesn’t look like it’s going to be long.

I’m applying for a research position in the Lab for Applied Computing here at RIT. I’m trying for a project focusing on Data Mining – hopefully I’ll be able to integrate it into something that I’m already doing. (*nudge* Schedule Maker *nudge*)

So, that’s the scoop – it’s the weekend – and I’m hoping to get some hot Perl Module development in. More details soon.
